This small boutique hotel is perfectly placed to explore beautiful Venice. The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning efficient & the the shower powerful. All the staff were very friendly & the included breakfast offered a wide choice of tasty options. High recommended.
Situated Bang on central Venice 6min walk to Rialto bridge. Rooms are clean, old fashioned but quaint. Excellent shower good house keeping service . Only issue really is the breakfast room area . Very small bumping into each other. And only side plates to get what u desire. Selection was ok but anything warm was cold . But for a central location I think it’s good value . Wish Dublin would cop on to their extortionable prices in hotels .
I was surprised about the location of the hotel, the breakfast, and most of all about the service and how good and nice staff. Honestly I can’t find better words to describe how good is this place. 2 stars hotel with 5 stars service, I believe if they had more space to expand they would have made it to the top.
7 minutes walking distance from Piazza San Marco. A lot of restaurants in a 200 meters radius.
The hotel is nice, with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice and clean but maybe a little too small for a family of 4. Good A/C system, very good breakfast. I recommend it.
A great boutique hotel. The welcome we received on arrival was warm & friendly. Every staff member we met throughout our stay said hello and were lovely.
Our room was small but well equipped. It was very quiet. The bed was also very comfortable. There was a minibar, tv with English speaking channels and a nice touch - a plug in mosquito repellant (much needed in August). The air con had two settings and made the room lovely and cool. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were very clean. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was powerful and there were toiletries and a hair dryer provided.
The breakfast (included in our room rate) was plentiful - toast, croissants, cereal, fresh fruit & yogurt, eggs, ham & cheese. Fresh fruit juices and great coffee.
This hotel is a gem. Its location is great - 5 mins from St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. If we come back to Venice, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean. There is air conditioning, saved well in the heat. Lovely breakfast in the morning, buffet style. Pleasant service.
Great locations 5mins to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Hotel employees friendly and clean hotel located closed to shops and restaurants. They don't have a lift because of the location just be aware when booking. Loved the experience.
